The Deliver Dashboard

The DELIVER Dashboard allows dental practices to collect and display patient feedback. The integrated action implementation toolbox then helps teams to plan quality improvement actions.

Patients are asked to scan a QR code in the practice room to complete a short survey. Questions in the survey change based on if they attended for a routine check-up, planned treatment or an urgent dental appointment. Feedback is collated and summarised in the DELIVER dashboard.

Quality improvement actions are recommended based on each practice’s feedback. Dental teams can choose which actions to plan and implement from our list of actions, or devise and record their own. The dashboard will indicate when actions have been implemented to allow close monitoring of quality improvement.

A short video now complements the information on the DELIVER Dashboard. It shows at a glance how the tool visualises patient feedback and supports practices in planning and tracking measures to improve quality of care. The video can be viewed here.
